Tickets can only be purchased through the online procedure. It is necessary to be registered on the site and to be logged in before starting the purchase procedure. In order for registration to be correctly registered, the fields must be completed in all their parts.
At the end of the purchase procedure the user will receive an e-mail with a summary of the order; if the payment is made through Paypal, the system will send a second email with the data relating to the transaction.
The registration will be considered valid only if sent within the deadline indicated in the activity program and accompanied by the payment of the requested fee, unless otherwise specified in each case.

Choosing the bank transfer as paying method, the payment data will be sent in the registration summary email. In case of payment by credit card or Paypal, the user will be directed to the Paypal platform and can therefore choose to pay through his personal Paypal account or to use his personal credit card, if present among those listed by the system, entering the data as required in the wizard and without having to create a Paypal account.
The security of online transactions is guaranteed by PayPal. More info on www.paypal.it.
A few days before the beginning of Enoforum, Vinidea will send an e-mail message to all members with further information on how to participate in the event. It is therefore of fundamental importance to provide at the time of registration an e-mail address that is constantly checked and / or telephone numbers to which you are always available.
In case of renunciation by the participant, the communication must be written by e-mail, at least 5 working days before the date of the event, and gives the right to full repayment of the participation fee paid; waivers communicated subsequently involve a penalty as specified below:
CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
All participants can request to receive a certificate of participation which will be sent after the event exclusively via email in a format .pdf.
Participants are invited to provide in full all the requested data, taking responsibility for their correctness and truthfulness. Any discrepancies that were to be found upon receipt of the invoice must be promptly communicated to facilitate the necessary adjustments. The invoice is issued upon receipt of payment of the registration fee. Any different administrative / accounting need must be communicated to Vinidea (see address below) before the invoice is issued.
Vinidea disclaims any responsibility for any accidents or damage to persons or things that may accidentally occur during the event, rather than on the journey between the participant's residence and the place of the event.
Vinidea offers a support service in the online registration procedure for Enoforum 2019, which can be used by writing to the address email@example.com.
